Wood is our grandest option for flooring — offering a rich, textured and nuanced floor for your home. Wood completely blends with your home, making a gentle transition from the outside to the inside.

Recycled teak sourced from Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu — decades of natural seasoning make these timbers exceptionally hard, stable, and warm.

Natural Tiles

The Cool of Ancient
Stone.

Sourced from Kota, Rajasthan — this fine-grained limestone has defined Indian interiors for centuries. Its most prized quality cannot be engineered: it stays naturally cool in summer, a thermal intelligence no artificial material can replicate.

Soft in nature, Kota lends itself beautifully to a neutral, seamless floor. Polished across seven layers to a mirror finish, paired with a 3″ teakwood skirting included.

Natural Tiles

Made From the Ground.

Clay terracotta is earthy and warm — with reddish-brown tones that pair beautifully with homes of simple sensibilities. It ages gracefully with time, stays cool in summer and warm in winter. Athangudi tiles are handmade by craftsmen in Karaikudi — cement tiles glazed with pigments and sun-dried under water, giving a smooth, glossy finish. Both materials carry the fingerprints of their makers.

How to Live
With Your Floor.

A floor you understand is a floor that lasts. Here is exactly what each material needs — and what to avoid.

Daily Care
  • Dry mop or vacuum to lift dust and grit
  • Damp mop with mild detergent and warm water
  • Wipe dry to avoid water marks on dark tiles
Stain Removal
  • Wipe spills immediately — vitrified won't absorb but grout can
  • Vinegar or fresh lemon juice in warm water makes tiles shine
  • Use a soft cloth or flat mop; avoid sponge mops that push water into grout
Good to Know
  • Large tiles are prone to bending and may have minor level differences between tiles
  • Acid-based cleaners on dark tiles can alter the finish
Daily Care
  • Dry or damp mop only, with a soft fibre mop or cloth
  • Wipe dry immediately — do not allow water to stagnate on the floor
  • Felt pads under all furniture legs at all times
Scratch Sensitivity
  • Easily scratched by abrasive mops
  • Footwear with grit under the sole can mark the surface
  • Dragging furniture, sharp objects, and pet claws all leave marks
